This package gives you everything you need for a warm, comfortable, and restful night’s sleep on the bank – until your alarm goes off, that is! Made from ultra-lightweight, breathable and water-resistant ripstop fabric, the sleeping bag also features strategically positioned hollow fibre filling that helps optimise insulation. It also has heavy-duty and easy-access zippers on both sides that are accompanied by anti-jam beading for when you need to get to your rods in a hurry. The sleeping bag can be securely fastened to the head and foot sections of your bedchair via contoured elasticated hoods, while a centrally positioned and adjustable seatbelt strap reduces movement even further. Meanwhile, the thermal cover is layered with a hollow fibre filling and lined with an ultra-soft micro fleece. It features an elasticated foot hood and two elasticated straps with fixing clips to ensure it can be securely fitted to your bedchair frame. It also has generous overhangs on each side to eliminate drafts. Both items pack down small for easy transport and combined together, the sleeping bag and thermal cover offer such a high level of warmth and comfort that you’ll wonder how you ever fished in the cold without them. FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping to the mainland UK, some larger items may not be eligible for this, please read the product description in full.

We use a selection of couriers to get your products to you, these vary depending on the size of the item, destination of delivery, and whether it is a priority delivery or standard delivery.

Current couriers we use are as follows; Royal Mail, Yodel, Parcel Force, DPD, DX.

On the rare occasion, we cannot efficiently ship to your address, you may be contacted after the sale regarding the shipping surcharge.

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS

Any promotions or discounts will be highlighted on the website. If you have a promotional code or wish to take advantage of a discount deal, each will be applied in the shopping basket and on checkout pages.

Returns/ Refunds

Please be advised some awnings and larger items may be subject to a restocking fee due to the cost of collection and processing the return.

If you are dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, Leisure Depot will exchange them or give you a full refund, provided they are returned within 30 days in their original packaging and condition..

RETURNS PERIOD & CHARGES
Maximum 30 days from date of delivery.

EXCEPTIONS
Christmas gifts ordered between December 1st and 20th may be returned up to January 21st.
Please allow 10 days for delivery and acceptance of returned goods, Leisure Depot does not refund the cost of returning goods unless the product is damaged.

If you return your entire order to Leisure Depot we will refund the standard shipping cost to ship it to you (excludes order upgrade Next Day), if the item is simply not wanted or ordered in error we do not refund shipping in this instance.

RETURNS NOTIFICATION
You can advise Leisure Depot you are returning goods by email via [email protected]

Please include the following details:
your invoice number (find this at the top left of your invoice)
reason for returning the goods

Please include in the parcel a piece of paper with your name, address and a contact telephone number to speed up the return of your product and to avoid delays.

RETURNS PROCESS & INSURANCE

UK customers should return goods via Collect Plus where possible or use a service like Parcel Monkey, if you are unsure please contact us for advice.

International customers, please return goods using a prepaid, insured, traceable method, clearly marking your package RETURNED GOODS to avoid delays at Customs. Please retain shipping documentation so that in the event that your postal carrier loses the parcel you will be able to claim off them.

We will advise you by email as soon as we receive your returned parcel and process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible - definitely no later than 30 days from receipt.

Refunds will be credited to the credit/debit card/Paypal account used to pay for the original order, Leisure Depot will inform you as soon as the refund has been processed.

Leisure Depot cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost in transit when being returned, they are the sole responsibility of the customer.
